Exhibit Fabrication Services
We design and build the moments your brand is remembered for.
CAPABILITY OVERVIEW
Fabrication, From Concept to Show Floor
Every trade show exhibit fabrication project at Reveal starts from an approved design and ends on the show floor exactly as it was drawn. Our in-house shop builds custom structures, modular systems, and hybrid exhibits, from a single footprint to a modular design that carries you across your calendar of events, using the same production team from first cut to final finish. Because design and fabrication sit under one roof, a finish swap or last-minute size change gets resolved directly, not routed through a separate vendor’s change-order process.

Fabrication Designed to Make You Stand Out
Trade show booth fabrication only works if the finished structure matches the render that was approved. This helps us build the perfect exhibit for all industries, including tech, medical, and manufacturing. Reveal MKTG’s in-house team fabricates every exhibit to spec, supports both the Rental and Purchase programs, and offers white-label fabrication for other agencies and producers working from their own designs.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you fabricate exhibits you didn't design, or only your own designs?
Our in-house shop primarily fabricates exhibits designed by Reveal MKTG’s own strategy and creative team, but we also offer white-label fabrication for other agencies and producers working from their own designs. Tell us where your project stands, and we’ll confirm fit.
What materials do you work with for trade show exhibit fabrication?
Our team fabricates in fabric, acrylic, wood, glass, and aluminum panels, with large-format graphics color-matched to your brand and integrated tech such as video walls, touchscreens, and lead capture built into the structure.
Does in-house fabrication cost more than outsourcing to a separate shop?
Pricing depends on your specific exhibit, materials, and size, so we can’t quote a general comparison here. What in-house fabrication does is reduce total project costs as well as risks to the project integrity by eliminating third-party markups while giving us direct control over quality, timelines, and design execution.
Can you fabricate a trade show exhibit for another agency under their brand?
Yes. White-label fabrication is one of Reveal MKTG’s in-house capabilities, so agencies and producers can bring us their own designs and have them built without Reveal MKTG’s name attached.
What happens if I need a design change once fabrication has started?
Because design and fabrication are the same in-house team, a finish swap, graphics revision, or size adjustment gets resolved directly rather than routed through a separate vendor’s change-order process.
