Enchanted Forest Suite

Guests were guided down a ‘forested walkway’ of greenery-covered arches illuminated with decorative string lights. Glowing backlit graphic displays of enchanting forest landscapes interspersed with artificial greenery and sculptural garden elements created a magical atmosphere. Green ambient lighting throughout the room added to the ethereal feel. Photo opp and lounge areas provided opportunities for guests to mingle and memorialize their night in the enchanting forest.

For their annual IBAO Hospitality Suite event, CAA Insurance chose an ‘Enchanted Forest’ decor theme. It was up to rmg to transform a standard hotel reception suite into a magical and elegant illuminated forest landscape, all while staying within budget. From 3D design to finishing touches, the rmg team made the magic happen.
